1. Completed Visa Application Form

   • Must be filled out and signed by the applicant.

2. Two Personal Photos 

   • Recent personal photos of the applicant with a white background.

3. Copy of the Visa Slip from the Company

   • Issued in Saudi Arabia, showing the visa number and the position, which must match the contract and the provided degree.

4. TAFWEED Authorization (To be obtained by the company from MOFA):

   • Must be in the name of our Company and ID #

5. Job Offer Letter or Contact 

   • Signed and stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for a position that matches the degree and visa.

6. Saudi Company Registration Document

7. Experience Certificate (if available)

8. Copy of the applicant’s passport, valid for more than 6 months from the expected departure date.

9. Copy of Permanent Resident (PR) Card (If applicant is not Canadian)

   • A copy of a valid PR Card (must be valid for at least 6 months)

10. Police Report

    • Provide the original document or a result link with a verification code by accessing the Backcheck website .

    • Must be recent (issued within the last 3 months).

11. Travel Itinerary :
    • Flight reservations (departure and return) For assistance with booking or managing your flights, please contact our travel agent.

12. Completed Additional form for employment visa application

13. Notification paper
    • Signed by the applicant.

14. Professional Accreditation:

General Requirement:

• Visit https://qvp.pacc.sa/home

• Upload your diploma to generate the Professional Accreditation Report

• Once completed, send the report along with the rest of the documents, including the degree certificate and transcript.

Exceptions:

• Engineering Degree Holders:
  Do not complete the above accreditation. Instead:
  • Your diploma must be authenticated by the Saudi Cultural Bureau in the country where it was issued.
• Medical Professionals (Doctors):
  • Only DataFlow verification is required.
  • No need to complete the QVP process.

15. Medical Requirements (for Adult Applicants – 18 years or older):

• The Medical Report must be completed and stamped by the College of Physicians if conducted in Canada, and must be issued within 3 months before submission.**

• Must include the following five tests:.

  • Hepatitis B

  • Hepatitis C

  • HIV

  • Syphilis

  • Chest X-ray                     

           For Monkeypox: A doctor’s certificate must be provided in the form of a signed letter stating that the applicant shows no symptoms. This certificate must be issued at least 21 days before the submission date to the consulate.

• The applicant must provide all test results along with the medical report form .

 

** Note:

Alternatively, the medical report can be completed in Saudi Arabia and must be authenticated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If completed in another country, it must be authenticated by that country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then by the Saudi Embassy
