• 📝 Filled and signed application form
  ➤ Complete the Saudi Student visa application form.

• 📸 Two personal photos
  ➤ Recent color photo
  ➤ Must be against a white background

🧪 Medical & Security Checks

• 🧾 Medical report (For applicants 18 years or older)
  ➤ Must be stamped by college of physicians (if done in Quebec/Canada)
  ➤ Must include tests for:

  • Hepatitis B

  • Hepatitis C

  • HIV

  • Syphilis

  • Monkeypox

• 👮‍♂️ Police report
  ➤ Issued within the last 6 months
  ➤ Must detail the criminal record or clearance

📄 Documents from Saudi Arabia

• 🧾 Visa Slip from the company
  ➤ Issued by Saudi MOFA and includes the visa number and date

📚 Academic Documents

• 🎓 Study degree
  ➤ Original or certified true copy
  ➤ Must be signed by:

  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs OR

  • Apostille and Saudi Arabian Cultural Bureau in the issuing country

• 📬 University acceptance letter
  ➤ Must be from the Saudi university where the applicant is accepted
