Residency Visas

The sponsor in Saudi Arabia must apply for a visa authorization through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Once the application is approved, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send the authorization directly to the Consular Section. The sponsor must provide the applicant with copy of visa slip.

Requirements

- filled and signed application form for each applicant
- two personal photos of the applicant (adult), for kids just one photo)
- the visa slip from Saudi Arabia
- a copy of the Iqamah of the person who requests the applicant/s or his/her job offer
- a proof of relationship. (the Marriage Certificate, birth certificates for the kids…)
- medical report for any adult applicant (18 years old or older) to be stamped by the college of physicians, (attached),plus the results of the tests:
**Medical report should include the following five tests: {Hapitat B- Hapitat C- HIV- Syphilis- and Monkeypox
**For the kids, we need copies of the vaccination books
Note: All fields in the cover page of the Medical report shall be ticked indicating tests performed, as well as a tick shall be indicating if the applicant is fit or unfit. Otherwise the application would be rejected.
- police clearance stamped by the relevant authority for adults too
- a copy of the applicant passport
- the notification paper signed by the applicant
-If not Canadian, a copy of the PR card

college of physicians

To get the signature of the college of physicians on the medical report, you need to contact them and send them the report on:
