Required Documents
- Application Documents

A filled and signed Visa Application Form for each applicant.

Two recent personal photographs of the applicant (for adults); one photograph for children.

- Visa Slip

A copy of the Visa Slip issued from Saudi Arabia.

- Sponsor Documents (from Saudi Arabia)

A copy of the sponsor’s IQAMA (residency permit).

A copy of the Absher web page of the person inviting the applicant.

- Proof of Relationship

Acceptable documents include birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.

Must be stamped by the relevant authority.

If issued outside Canada: must also be notarized and stamped by the notary and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

- Copy of Applicant’s Passport
- Copy of Permanent Resident (PR) Card (If applicant is not Canadian)
- Travel Itinerary:

- Police Report

Provide the original document or a result link with a verification code by accessing the Backcheck website .

Must be recent (issued within the last 3 months).

- Notification paper

Signed by the applicant.

Medical Requirements (for Adult Applicants – 18 years or older):

The Medical Report must be completed and stamped by the College of Physicians if conducted in Canada, and must be issued within 3 months before submission.**

Must include the following five tests:.

Hepatitis B

Hepatitis C
-
HIV
-
Syphilis

Chest X-ray

For Monkeypox: A doctor’s certificate must be provided in the form of a signed letter stating that the applicant shows no symptoms. This certificate must be issued at least 21 days before the submission date to the consulate.

The applicant must provide all test results along with the medical report form .
- For Children

Provide copies of their vaccination records.

Alternatively, the medical report can be completed in Saudi Arabia and must be authenticated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If completed in another country, it must be authenticated by that country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then by the Saudi Embassy
