PERSONAL VISIT VISA

Required Documents

 

  1. Completed Visa Application Form
    • Must be filled out and signed by the applicant.
  2. Personal photo
    • One recent personal photo of the applicant with a white background.
  3. Visa Slip
    • A copy of the Visa Slip issued from Saudi Arabia.
  4. Copy of the Saudi ID of the person inviting  
  5. Proof of Eligibility
      • One of the following, based on the visa authorization:
    • Proof of Profession matching the one stated in the visa slip, OR
    • Proof of Family Relationship (e.g., birth certificate, marriage certificate) as stated in the authorization.
  6. Proof of Residency in Canada (for non-Canadian citizens only):
    • A copy of a valid PR Card (must be valid for at least 6 months), Work Permit, or Study Permit…
  7. Passport Copy
    • A clear copy of the applicant’s passport.
  8. Travel Itinerary :
    • flight reservations (departure and return) For assistance with booking or managing your flights, please contact our travel agent.
  9. Notification paper
    • Signed by the applicant.
