Newborn Residency Visa
Required Documents
- Filled and signed application form for the infant.
· Two Recent Photographs
- Size: 4 cm x 6 cm.
- Taken within the last month
· No Objection Letter from Employer
- A letter from the parent's employer (in Canada or Saudi Arabia) stating:
- No objection to issuing a visa for the infant.
- Sponsor’s name (Father or Mother).
- Passport or Iqamah details of the sponsor.
· Saudi Sponsor Letter
- A letter from the Saudi sponsor, certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce, confirming:
- Employment of the sponsoring parent.
- Job title, Residency Permit (Iqamah) number, and expiry date.
- Statement of no objection to the child residing in Saudi Arabia.
· Cover Letter to Consular Section
- A brief letter requesting the visa, addressed to the Consular Section.
· Birth Certificate of the Infant
- Must clearly show the names of both parents.
- Certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ottawa)
· Parents’ Marriage Certificate
- If in Arabic: must be stamped by their Embassy.
- If in another language: translated & certified
· Parents' Passport Copies
- Copies of the passports of both mother and father.
- Include the Saudi exit stamp page
· In/Out Report (Travel History)
- In/Out travel report for either the mother or father, as applicable.
· Parents' Residency/Iqamah Copy
- A copy of the valid Residency Permit (Iqamah) of the father or mother.
· Infant’s Passport Copy
- A clear copy of the infant’s passport.
- Signed by both parents.
- Must match the signatures in their passports.
· Letter from the Father
- Must follow the required format.
