Requirements 

- filled and signed application form for each applicant (Attached)
- One personal photos for the infant
- No Objection Letter from Work for issuing visa for the infant, indicating Sponsor name(Father or Mother who works there) and his passport or iqamah details.
- Birth certificate of the infant
- Marriage Certificate
- a copy of the parents (Father/Mother) passports
- In/Out report for the Mother/Father
- a copy of the (Residency/Iqamah) of the parents (Father/Mother)
- a copy of the infant passport
- the notification paper signed by the applicant parents
