Required Documents

1. Completed Visa Application Form
   • Must be filled out and signed by the applicant.
2. Personal photo
   • One recent personal photo of the applicant with a white background.
3. Visa Slip
   • A copy of the Visa Slip issued from Saudi Arabia.
4. Introduction letter from the Canadian entity where the applicant is employed or being sent from:
   • Must include a corporate stamp and an authorized signature..
   • Commercial stamps are not accepted, unless: Proof of company registration with the Chamber of Commerce in its respective region is provided
5. Travel Itinerary:
   • Flight reservations (departure and return) For assistance with booking or managing your flights, please contact our travel agent.
6. Proof of Residency in Canada (for non-Canadian citizens only):
   • A copy of a valid PR Card (must be valid for at least 6 months).
7. Passport Copy
   • A clear copy of the applicant’s passport.
8. Notification paper
   • Signed by the applicant.
