Required Documents

1. Completed Visa Application Form

   • Must be filled out and signed by the applicant.

2. Personal photo

   • One recent personal photo of the applicant with a white background.

3. Visa Slip

   • A copy of the Visa Slip issued from Saudi Arabia.

4. Sponsor Documents (from Saudi Arabia)

   • A copy of the sponsor’s IQAMA (residency permit) showing the expiration date.

   • A copy of the Absher web page of the person inviting the applicant.

5. Proof of Relationship

   • Original acceptable government documents such as a birth certificate, a marriage certificate, etc.

6. Proof of Residency in Canada (for non-Canadian citizens only):

   • A copy of a valid PR Card (must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date ), Work Permit, or Study Permit.

7. Passport Copy

   • A clear copy of the applicant’s passport valid for at least 6 months from the departure date 

8. Travel Itinerary :
   • flight reservations (departure and return). For assistance with booking or managing your flights, please contact our travel agent.

9. Notification paper

   • Signed by the applicant.
